Sreenithi Sudhakar is a clinical coder who translates clinical conditions and procedures into universal codes that health departments utilize in providing statistical data. Sreenithi Sudhakar’s position builds on two years of training, and includes completing the Standards Course and various advanced workshops exploring the complexities of medical coding.
Ms. Sudhakar’s background extends to a health care assistant role at Plymouth’s Hartley Park Care Home. Her responsibilities included providing elderly people with support in the tasks of daily living. Each day, she helped residents get in and out of wheelchairs and other mobility-enhancing adaptive equipment.
Ms. Sudhakar has also worked within a general hospital’s orthopedics department, delivering effective treatment to patients who underwent knee and hip replacements. She led those in her care in range of movement exercises that emphasized balance, mobility, and muscle strengthening, including stairs practice. She also performed assessments that considered patients’ objectives and social history, and coordinated discharge planning with a multidisciplinary team.
